The Featherweight fire hoop was designed from the ground up to be as lightweight and responsive as possible. Our 3 wick hoop weighs in at just under 15 ounces making it feel more like a non-fire hoop than anything else you're likely to find.
First we start with a thin wall HDPE. The same high-heat material as our sunhoop line, and completely resistant to petrol fuels, but thinner and lighter by half. Then we apply removable aluminum spines. Removable for convenience, aluminum for weight. Our standard hybrid "Pumpkin" wicks top this off for the best performance by weight possible. You can still specially request all-kevlar wicks too, but they're a little heavier.
Then, we added some special touches like reflective tape at the spokes and a touch of vinyl tape at the connectors. Both intended to keep you just a little bit cooler while you spin. The result is our lightest, fastest line of hoops ever. Just choose the size of your hoop and the number of wicks and you're ready to go.
