The favorite toy of children in Mexico, comes to you now as a fire tool.

This addictive little toy is one of the simplest designs ever. There's a cup on a stick, and a ball on a string attached to the stick. The idea is to gently swing the whole device and get the ball to land in the cup. Naturally, the design is beefed up a bit when we move to a fire tool, but the idea is just the same.

Is this a 'performance' tool? Maybe. Not in the classical rhythm definitions, but you might, like us, want to do a theatrical piece that involves playgrounds, or a historical piece about Mexico. Or, admit it, you need to know if it gets harder to use when it's on fire. (We'll never tell :)
