The lightweight multi-wick fire fan was intended as an economy model. But we designed from the ground up to be easier to build without sacrificing beauty or quality. This is a "static" fan, so it doesn't open or close. The body, however, is a sturdy brass construct designed for big graceful fire. The handgrip bars at the base allows for a firm grip, and the loop is perfect for storage or gunspinning (for the strong and brave).
The wicks are 1"x1"x2" cathedral folded kevlar, for long use with any fuel. The perfect starter fans. For larger fans or better flames with alcohol, try our Great fire fans.
"Okay, fine, so these aren't that much more lightweight than the smaller Countach fans. But we wanted to make an economy model without it sounding like a 'cheap' model. Like all our fans, these have rigorous attachment for the wicks, solid, attractive brass body and a spin loop. They're just designed to be quicker and simpler to build. Less build time means less cost for you. " -Tedward
